When to have your last coffee, and when your energy peaks
The same time, wherever you look
Your last-coffee time shows up in the morning summary read aloud, on the "Your day" screen, on the drinks card and, if you want, in a short notification before it passes. On "Your day" it sits beside your peak hours, a good time to nap and your bedtime, so the whole day is on one screen.

Your energy levels through the day
The curve covers your whole day: when you peak, when the afternoon dip comes, and how coffee, meals and naps move it. It's built from a published model of alertness and from how you've slept over the last few nights. It's an estimate, not a measurement: the part behind you is a solid line, the part ahead is dashed.
100 means fully alert; 0 means you can barely keep your eyes open. Until there are enough nights to go on, the curve waits rather than inventing a number.
Next to the figure for right now is a short note on why: the morning's coffee, a meal, a nap, and how much each one moved it. The more coffee and meals you log, the sharper the curve gets.

Try it before you decide
Thinking of a coffee after lunch, or a short nap? Pick it and watch the curve change. It's only a preview: nothing is logged or saved. After a nap you'll also see a short dip, the grogginess of waking up.
